Thomas Boyce: President
Having earned a degree in business management from the Terry College of Business at UGA, Thomas kept the landscaping company he founded as a teenager going throughout his college career, even as he played tight end for the University of Louisville Cardinals. As an alumnus of Dacula High School, Thomas remains an active alumni member of the Gwinnett Student Leadership Team and became the youngest member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce when he joined in 2004 where he now is actively involved in the Leadership Gwinnett program. Thomas's vision and ambition have led Innovative Outdoors along the way, and he continues to pour countless hours into assuring it will only grow bigger and better.
John Robert Boyce: Director of Operations and Finance
The brother of the owner, Thomas, John Robert coordinates all day-to-day operations at Innovative Outdoors. With a business degree from the Terry College of Business at UGA, JR handles the estimating, bidding, and financial operations, as well as project coordination and monitoring.
Matt Culberson: Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator
Also a UGA Terry College of Business graduate, Matt earned his degree in Marketing. In addition to handling all marketing operations for our rapidly expanding company, Matt is one of our project managers. As a project manager, he communicates with the customer throughout the entire installation process, handling all labor, material handling, and customer services throughout the project.
Ryan Henderson: Maintenance Director
Having been with the company nearly since its inception, Ryan managed the maintenance division as he completed his Bachelor's degree from Georgia College in Milledgeville, and continues to run the crews today. Someone who truly believes in the principles of hard work and doing a job right, Ryan always seems to lead his crews with a smile and good nature.
Ryan Beasley: Maintenance and Project Manager
Working with Ryan Henderson in the Maintenance division, Ryan Beasley is one of the most genuinely good-hearted people you will meet. Ryan shares his time between Innovative Outdoors and being an active member of his church. The dedicated manner in which Ryan lives his life translates into his work too, where he gives nothing but his best.
Kim Froh: Office Manager
The lovely voice that answers your phone calls, and the person burdened with keeping the rest of the Innovative Outdoors staff in line, Kim is the one who keeps everything running smoothly.
Design Team
The Innovative Outdoors designers bring an impressive combination of exceptional artistic ability and experience to our design staff. Our designers work directly with our customers, creating custom concepts that include: master planning, gardening and horticulture expertise, artistic renderings, 3D modeling, and basic conceptual sketches. Whether you are looking to completely overhaul your outdoor environment, or just looking for some simple ideas, our design team is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
